Calm Down KD

In riveting Dorrelian fashion, KD explained on Monday that there were positive things and negative things about the 27-17 win over BYU on Saturday. "We can play a lot better in every aspect," Dorrell quipped. He then went on to delve into that nebulous statement, breaking it down for us non-sports fanatics. "I know our defense is playing better, probably a little bit more so than our offense, but our offense has a lot of potential to improve. Our special teams is playing really solid; all three of those areas can be even better for us to be a pretty good conference contender as we continue to march through the season." It is a wonder he can ever get through to his players when he speaks in such riddles. He gave even more in depth analysis as he pointed out that BYU quarterback, Max Hall (30-52, 391 yds, 2 TDs) "really made some great throws". In the end, as Dorrell sees it, his Bruins were victorious due to "a good strong finish" - which as we all know, combined with a quick start and a healthy middle is the recipe for winning some games. Just so you don't think this is an isolated incident of communicative genius, observe - in the post game show after the accompanying photo was taken Dorrell was quoted as describing the gatorade in the photograph as "liquidy and falling".
